About him
I was widowed 4 years ago after 45 years happy marriage. I have many friends and enjoy company but don't enjoy living alone. I love sport, particularly playing tennis, I run and am a good skier. I love spending time with my family - 3 sons and their families with 7 grandchildren, and I enjoy helping out with them but really miss having a partner to share this time, and in turn important to embrace the family of a new partner. I have always had a positive outlook in life, have enjoyed being self-employed as a photographer allowing me the time to be flexible and achieve a happy work/life balance. I enjoy taking risks and have bought old houses to live in and renovate, and learnt good DIY skills in the process. I enjoy music and playing the guitar, writing the occasional songs and singing. I enjoy good discussion and debate and like to keep up to date with the news and current affairs. Fitness is very important to me particularly while getting older, and it would important for my partner to be relatively active and fit and enjoy the outdoors. Physical attraction to a partner is important to me, as well as being a real soul-mate.
