I am 75 and single. A lively woman, now retired - but working again last summer . I am fun to be with, with a good sense of humour but also a good listener and supportive of my friends. I continue to be interested in a variety of areas and am good in conversation. My interests include music - listening and playing, gardens, exhibitions, investments, volunterring.

THe most important quality is honesty. Intelligence follows closely. He does not need to necessarily be very sociable. I admire people who have particular interests that they are enthusiastic about; in fact an individual who is energetic in his approach to life. Enjoying similar interests is always a good starting point but in the long run identical interests are not essential - it is the approach to interests that is relevant.
I would be looking for an individual who is supportive and understanding - but I am aware that those attributes do not grown on trees, so would put them in the very nice to have.
