Hello pleased to meet you. Heres a bit about me.
I moved from Worcester where I had lived for 25 years back to Hertfordshire to be nearer my daughters who all live around London.
Failed at retirement so went back to work now work occasionally with voluntary jobs.
Young at heart as my youngest is only 26 he is still in Worcester but we talk often. Became a grandma in August, visit and babysit regularly, she is the light of my life.
Have rejoined slimming world and currently halfway to my goal of losing 3 stone. Gave up alcohol a few months ago but no issues with others social drinking.
Have made a few new friends sinc e moving but hope to find many more and a bonus would be to start a relationship with someone special I meet on this site.
I have a old border c ollie and enjoy walks - there are fields at the end of my road and so we only need to pop out of the door.
I read a lot and certainly watch a more varied diet of tv recently. Enjoy cinema and eating out with friends,
Happy to chat on the site or on the phone but I think meeting up , even for a brief coffee and a chat soon after chatting is definitely the best way forward. If there isnt that elusive spark then friendship is a definite bonus.
Enjoy watching sport (definitely include football) and love days out as I want to explore more new places but not so much fun alone.

I think that because my family are very important to me it is probable that you will have a family with whom you see regularly, if not then family life is something you will be happy with.
Not smoked for well over 4 years now and that is definitely a no for me as I dont want any encouragement to start again.
