I'm outgoing, good company, intelligent and enjoy socialising with friends. I love being out of doors walking by the
coast or in the country side; driving to favourite destinations or finding new ones and having lunch or coffee and cake.
I love walking and exploring new places and have previously travelled to some beautiful places - Ecuador, Florida, Finland, Spain, Italy, France etc. but still have a wish list . I'm learning Spanish (very slow progress!!) and hope to practice on future travels.
I have varied tastes in music and enjoy small local festivals or occasionally listening to bands in local pubs and other venues. I have always liked dancing/jiving and previously joined a salsa class which was fun and later started to learn Ceroc, but Covid closed my local class.
I have lived in various areas of the UK
before moving to Devon in late 90s. Devon is a great place for me to live at the moment, beautiful scenery and coasts and of course Dartmoor but I would also consider a move to pastures new.
I am a vegetarian, very interested in conservation, green issues and animal welfare. I love dogs although for the first time in many years I don't have any pets but I'm toying with getting a rescue dog soon.

I would like to meet someone who is kind, funny, easy going and enjoys conversation and is interested in topical issues. Someone who likes to explore new places both in this country and abroad,. A flexible attitude to life and being able to give and take and wanting to get the most out of life is important and as everyone says, a good sense of humour and being able to laugh at oneself always helps too.
