I'm a widow missing companionship as so many older people are. I have many interests and hobbies. I'm lucky to live in a lovely area and play bowls, bridge and golf, I also paint and sing in a choir, by keeping busy it helps with the loneliness I also do a little voluntary work. I enjoy going on cruises as they are a good way for people on their own to see the world and meet and mix with other similar people. I have a good sense of humour but can also be serious if the need arises. I love life, humanity and animals but also worry about the way the world is becoming.
