I try to be kind, helpful and fun and hopefully achieve that more often than not. I think that the mantra is "treat others as you would wish to be treated yourself."
I also love to cook and as yet I managed to avoid poisoning anyone.
Sports wise I am trying to return to my weekly yoga class, I like to get out on my mountain bike (a bit fair-weather so the bike will probably stay dry till spring now) and the occasional round of golf (which I'm happy to do in most weathers).
I have been planning to take up running, but so far I've only managed to buy the running shoes - and that's six months ago now.

I don't really have an ideal match - someone who is bright and kind will do for starters, and there has to be an attraction there too. I've always liked brunets but then most of my girlfriends have been blond - So I guess that would leave a fairly open book.
