About her
Writing about myself is somewhat daunting but here goes.
I am young at heart. My friends say I am a free spirit. My children say that I'm funny but I am never quite sure how they mean that! I am adventurous. Skydived first time last year in Brazil - absolutely amazing. Want to do that again. Makes me smile just thinking about it.
I am retired which gives me time to travel which I love. So much to see and not so much time unfortunately. My main trips have been IndoChina and South America, both of which were amazing, with Europe for short holidays. Later this year, Myanmar. I do love the sun and have considered spending at least some of the winter months in a warmer climate.
Sports - I play golf (quite a lot) and try to go to the gym (failing dismally!). I scuba dive, ski, and have done a little sailing. I have my day skipper non tidal certificate but I wouldn't want to sail with me! Need and want to have much more practise. I want to start playing tennis again and also get back into horse riding
I love gliding and flying - don't suppose I'll ever get around to my pilot's licence though - likewise motor bike licence although did have a CBT cert.
I have two amazing children both married and now have a gorgeous granddaughter - yes of course I'm biased!
I am fairly independent but should like to meet someone with whom to share pursuits and interests, have an open communicative relationship sharing ideas and supporting each other and having fun. Simply I guess, a soulmate

Ideally someone bright, sporty, and active, (but who can curl up in front of a log fire on a cold winter's day), who wants to travel, is emotionally intelligent, attractive, a good communicator and sociable, friendly and outgoing although not necessarily an extrovert.
Someone who would like to share their life and interests, and share in mine, in a equal open genuine relationship. A soul mate.
