I am optimistic, usually happy, loyal to my friends. I like most things, except watching football !
I enjoy walking in the country and by the sea, usually with my dog. Someone with a bit more conversation than him would be nice.
I also enjoy lots of gardening, some reading, either sci fi or trashy chick lit, crosswords, a bit of cooking, but preferably dining out.

My ideal match would be incredibly handsome, rich, a good listener, scintillating conversationalist... I did say I was an optimist.
Being also a realist, I would be happy to meet someone who likes a bit of conversation, is easy going, usually happy, and generally enjoys life.
And likes dogs, particularly oldish rescue dogs who are not 100% fit, but still enjoy life.
