About her
I'm a warm-hearted northerner and young in spirit. I enjoy good food and wine. I have 2 spaniels and live in a semi-rural area so love getting out to the countryside at weekends and visiting the coast and garden centres etc.
However I also love live theatre, galleries, film and concerts (the last live event I went to was Dawn French in Cambridge and I'm a member of the V&A). I work full-time in London.
I have a daughter who's now graduated from university and back living at home temporarily. I have a glass half full philosophy and love holidays abroad and in Yorkshire and Cornwall, finances permitting.

I'm looking for a relatively laid back guy, possibly someone divorced with children who understands and values time with one's family, and who has a sense of fun. Enthusiasm for gardening, dogs and someone who shares my (long term!) retirement dream to move to a nice area near the sea would be a bonus. I'm a sucker for impeccable manners.
