I can't do anything about the advancing years but I keep fit and healthy. Now the gym is out I try to keep fit with my home gym. I love going to the theatre, the cinema and enjoy a nice meal out. A drive and walk somewhere interesting or a coffee and a chat. I want to enjoy life and everything is much better with good company
