I am a vivacious person with a dry sense of humour and who is a good listener, kind and caring. I get on better with people on a one-to-one basis or in a small group. I am slim, attractive and stylish and, I think, do not look my age!
My interests are the cinema, theatre, reading, particularly American novels, gardening, family history research, board games, cookery,and walks along the beach in the moonlight!( if I get the chance.)

The qualities I am looking for are someone who is not boring, who has a lively mind, and will take me for what I am. I would like to meet someone to spend time with, to go on holiday with and to cook the occasional meal for, someone who likes history, books and the theatre, and could introduce me to new interests.
The deal breaker for me would be someone who did not let me follow my own interests, or would not let me see my family or friends, as to me these last two elements are very important in life. I am not interested in sport particularly, so a fanatical football supporter would be a no-no.
