Play guitar - badly, sing - even more badly. Swim, Run & cycle as training for Triathlons, Duathlons and running events. Have ambitions to represent Great Britain one last time before 70.
Try to amuse but sometimes my sense of comedy is hard to understand.
Have had a lifelong love of music - Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Leonard Cohen,Neil Young and in May Rod Stewart in Amsterdam.
Spent 30+ years in computing and cannot leave a keyboard alone for long, but am not a geek. Then took on a pub for 8 years - disastrous decision. Now retired with all the time in the world (some think!!).
In my previous life I travelled Europe and other parts of the world and never saw it because I was working all the time, I would like to visit some of those places again as a tourist.
I live near open country and walk other people's dogs, and sometimes do week long sleepovers when owners are on holiday. No money involved just for the love of it.
Am having trouble getting used to retirement. Need someone to converse/interact with.
Also, I scuba dive, but not often. And skied for many years.

Someone who wishes to converse and interact. Not necessarily having the same interests but definitely someone who understands mine as much as I will understand theirs.
Meals are ok but but I do not put them high on my list of faves, more interested in the person I am with than where I am.
An outdoor person who can mix with some of my interests would be ideal. Must be deaf or tone deaf to put up with my guitar playing. Promise not to sing.
