Well as I'm not them I wouldn't know that one!!!
My friends might describe me as as always willing to do things and give them a try. I've got plenty of energy, and am pretty fit. I'd rather be outside doing something than doing orthodox 'wimmin type' activities like cooking, shopping, doing up houses/gardens etc. although I can do them to a reasonable standard.
I like my friends so I like entertaining. I'm also very happy sitting back and watching good telly such as documentaries, nature programmes and drama that is gripping.
The things I like best are playing golf, being in the sea (I grew up near it) walking in lovely quiet beautiful places and visiting warm countries that have interesting cultures. My son has just been e.g. (again!) to Vietnam to which I've never been. It sounds so interesting.
I used to play the piano and violin as a child until my early twenties. I love music; concerts, opera, (and I'm afraid NOT Wagner) and all those kinds of things. I'm also a keen cinema frequenter and have seen nearly every recent film. Lucky me!!
Among the things I don't like are dishonesty, prejudice, a lot of long prolonged white noise and loud shouty voices, and people who have badly behaved dogs.
I've been widow now for 10yrs and was lucky enough to have had the experience of a lovely relationship.
