Ever the optimist, treat people the way I expect to be treated and if I am wrong will admit it ... and of course being a man allegedly I get it wrong now and again.
I laugh at myself, don't mind being laughed at as usually it's deserved and sometimes see humour in strange places
I have recently went back to circuit training to get back to a level where I am comfortable doing crossfit again which is intense but great fun. Other pastimes include the usual suspects of walking, reading the odd book, camping, spending time with family and friends, cinema, eating out and in as I like to cook, listening to music - varied and whatever takes my mood although have a preference for rock.
Over the last few years I have enjoyed motorcycling, going to rallies and will continue to enjoy the fun as well as meeting some great people on the way.. ideally I would like someone who can accompany me either as a rider or pillion.
Love travelling, city breaks, the sun and sampling local food which is not really fun on your own
Currently in the process of moving house so that is keeping me occupied at the moment
