Interests:
I enjoy live entertainment so a visit the theatre or a gig in a pub is great for me, whether it's a play or a musical, a dance production or acrobats, a musician or a comedian.
Reading a good book also gives me pleasure. I will read just about any fiction that is well written. I appreciate an imaginative and intelligent story.
Activities:
I have always been an active person who likes to keep fit. These days, apart from the daily dog walks, I enjoy cycling and hiking.
My best qualities:
My friends describe me as someone who is intuitive, intelligent, cultured, caring, fun and sensitive. I'm also loyal, honest, and a good friend. I have a good sense of humour.
My travels:
I'm fairly widely travelled. However a hot beach is not my idea of holiday heaven; I much prefer to be in the Rockies or near some wild mountain water.
To relax it has to be being beside the sea either on a quiet British beach, rocky headland or coastal path. I love the great outdoors and I also love posh hotels. I want to walk the Devon coastal pathways.

I would like to meet someone who is intelligent, kind, easy going and uncomplicated.
