Silver Fox? Befuddled Badger according to my brats (must have another look at that will).
Like every other chap on here it seems, I'm told that I'm a delightful, easy-going, well-adjusted, loving, thoughtful, romantic, compassionate and occasionally funny human being. And I didn't even have to pay them all. On the other hand, I confess to being male, but please don't hold that against me - even a ''new man'' likes to open car doors for his lady.
Semi-retired, I'm a former creative broadcast media mongrel and music biz survivor. I like to write, watch movies on big screen and small, US political dramas and Scandawegian detective thrillers. A news junkie too.
Fave comedians include Peter Kay, Victoria Wood, Bill Hicks, Eddie Izzard, and Steve Wright ("You can't have everything. Where would you put it?").
Fave music largely USA 1970's, eg Eagles, Steve Miller, Van Morrison, James Taylor, Byrds, Little Feat, CSN&Y, Leonard Cohen, plus Talking Heads, Springsteen, Bowie, Clapton, Clash, Elvis Costello. Tick five or six of those and you have my undivided attention and respect.
Love the theatre, live music in small pubs and big stadiums, and exhibitions like the recent Da Vinci at the Science Museum.
All great, but it would be so much better to have a like-minded someone to share it with, so I guess I'm still hoping for that magic one-to-one connection, that elusive lady who's vocal, opinionated, arty, creative, black, blue, white, green, and of any religion including pastafarian.

This fine 1950s model is in excellent overall condition, no MOT but with a reasonable service history, and comes with the benefit of optional facial hair. Currently sporting a rather dashing RAF-meets-SALVADOR-DALI number, which can be trimmed to the purchaser's individual delight after delivery. The bald-face pictured here (in Northern Mill Owner pose, circa 2014) will allow you to draw and compare alternative styles.
