I am happy and positive and enjoy life. Huge love of good food, animals and dogs inparticular, walking and trecking in all weathers is a big part of a healthy life. A creative and busy person always open minded, taking groups on yoga/creative retreats and coaching fitness has been a part of my life for more than 15 years.
