As life is so short I strive for happiness and I try to get the most out of each day.
I practice yoga to Keep in shape but I also love walking, gardening and visiting gardens, swimming, cinema, reading, music, painting, holidaying in the UK and abroad. I am very well travelled but nowhere near finished yet, I am working my way through my bucket list!
