I enjoy walking, cycling, yoga, and dancing regularly. Last week I learnt some new circle dances in a one-off workshop, which was good exercise for my brain as well as body! I go cycling (summer and winter) 2-3 times a week, sometimes less in winter.
My favourite season is spring and I enjoy cycling to a local lake to watch the ducklings and swan family growing up. I love to hear the skylarks singing as I ride along.
I have a car but it is in my garage most of the time.
I am interested in personal and spiritual development and attend workshops and do online courses. A friend once described me as deep.
