My friends describe me as a warm, cheerful, caring person.I enjoy meeting and talking to new people but I think I'm also a good listener. At home I'm often found in jeans working in my garden and I love being outside walking in the countryside, perhaps stopping for a drink or lunch.
I enjoy going to the cinema and theatre, visiting museums and galleries, perhaps meeting friends for a coffee or meal when I won't wear the jeans but something smarter!
I wouldn't describe myself as a cordon bleu cook but I enjoy cooking and like to try out new recipes for my friends which they seem to enjoy! I like a challenge and trying something new and have dabbled at a variety of different hobbies with various degrees of success, from painting to lambada and currently genealogy. I haven't found any skeletons in the cupboard yet! I love to travel and in April I visited Burundi which was very interesting.
