I think that, as a retired naval officer, warship designer, and major shipyard general manager I have demonstrated some of the qualities that may appear desirable to some. I have been very fortunate in having a long and happy marriage that has enabled me to
accept and adjust to the changing good and not so good things that happen to us all
I have always been a keen sportsman (Golf, cricket, rugby), also like literature, history, and drama- now mainly on T/V! I belong to a number social groups and live now on my own in a lovely cottage in a village a couple of miles from Bath.
