Originally from Yorkshire, i like to think I am an optimist, cannot see the point in worrying or grousing about things i cannot change, lke people who smile a lot, a good sense of humour, like drawing/painting , an amatuer group, volunteer with dementia patients, belong to active retired club. Like the outdoors, love the sea an cruising on small ships. Love my friends, mostly female. So would enjoy male company for some social activities. Do drive, but not country lanes in the dark. Which is a little limiting due to where i live. I love eating out, thai, chinese a good pub meal, indian. . Also browsing antique, junk shops etc.,
