I am kind and thoughtful but can be fiery sometimes! I enjoy travel in particular Turkey (Kalkan!) also Spain and Italy and I loved Vancouver, Carmel in California and San Francisco. I love animals and cannot abide animal cruelty, cruelty to elderly people and children. I have recently started to learn to play tennis, I enjoy creative writing, conversational Spanish, cooking and the right type of gardening. I enjoy computing as a hobby and reading and listening to music to relax. I am a keen walker and belong to a group. I live near the North Downs but enjoy walking in the South Downs. I also enjoy disco dancing (mainly in my lounge!). I occasionally suffer from loneliness but generally my outlook on life is an optimistic one. I would like to live as much as I can and not spoil it by negativity.

Opposites attract so I am open to the type of person I would like to meet. Except they must be kind, love animals are nice to old people and good with children.
