I go to dance lessons, Ballroom and Latin and to afternoon social dances.
‘Guided walks’ is the other activity I have discovered. Both are good for making new friends, often ending up in a pub.
I live in Putney and I am not looking for a life partner but it would be nice to meet someone who lives somewhere not too far away and who might like to join me in these and other activities.
I am not in the least sporty unless you count dancing. I enjoy simple things like cooking, watching old films, classical music recitals, theatre, reading newspapers (to which I am mildly addicted). I am happy to dress either up or down, blue jeans or dinner suit as appropriate. What else would you like to know?

A good looking, literate, intelligent woman who loves music, classical at one end of the spectrum and nothing too folksy at the other, theatre but nothing pretentious and opera if it’s familiar. She should be confident, have and be prepared to express opinions on most things and be relaxed about life generally. Let’s enjoy it now that we have got this far. Walking in either the countryside or London can be most rewarding, particularly with a chosen companion. Almost anything is more fun with one of those, cooking and eating is infinitely more enjoyable either at home or in a restaurant. Visiting a pub on your own can be depressing but never if you are with a congenial companion.
