Good nutrition & exercise are important to me.
I make a point of exercising daily, either at my gym, or out walking in some of the fantastic locations in and around Edinburgh.
Now a retired personal trainer, I’ve been using my knowledge & skills volunteering with a group of people who have dementia (they are really good fun!)
I also enjoy drawing, painting, reading - and watching complex tv dramas!
