About her
it's taken me a long time to work out what matters. I invested way too much in work for a long time and burnt out, but I'm retired and recovered now and enjoying life again. I've found something new I love to do and am looking for someone to share the journey with, in all its messy up and down beauty - or at least some good moments! I'm a good friend through all weathers to my friends, as many have been to me, and increasingly comfortable in myself and moving one day at a time. I like being outdoors (just as well this last year...), in my allotment or by the sea/somewhere a bit wild preferably. I love being with animals - cats, dogs, horses (most of them anyway). Enjoy walking, singing, music of most kinds, reading (mostly contemporary poets at the moment), writing, the arts, good food, good humour - all the usual things... Dislike rudeness and bread and butter pudding, and am less interested in politics than I used to be but left/green leaning...
