I am a Londoner, living in the suburbs. It is easy to get around from here and I can travel for a meet-up if you would like to get to know me.
Read a lot, especially on the long evenings. History based books are my favourites, am reading The Siege of Krishnapur for the second time. Fascinating book, not historically accurate but probably based on fact.
I enjoy 'Dad's Army' and "Porridge' and other TV shows such as 'Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads' and 'Rising Damp'.
Also have quite a few DVDs, of films and comedies, great films like The Lady Killers.
Luckily we have world class galleries not too far away in London.
I am researching my family history, not found any body rich or famous yet! Mostly Lincolnshire based.
I like dogs and cats, and have a nice elderly cat of my own, a rescue cat, called Felix.
I like good food and am a good cook. Favourite drink? Perhaps gin and tonic, not forgetting the odd glass of bubbly.
