I am caring and empathetic. Have a good sense of humour. I love the countryside and like being by the sea. I love animals have a dog a cat & own and ride a horse, so am quite active.
I am retired from running a masters department in a school of art and practise painting, drawing and photography myself. I like the odd visit to galleries and museums. Love reading and music.
I love family, have a daughter and two beautiful grandchildren.
I am generally optimistic and quite philosophical. I am particularly interested in looking at issues around ecology and the environment for example.
About her ideal match
Someone intelligent who looks after themselves and is generally calm and loyal. To share an interest in horses would be great, and of course the visual arts. One of the things I would really like to do is spend more time by the coast and learn more about marine life...that would be fun.I am genuinely much better when I am outside, although nothing better than getting back home in the cold and watching a good film, or reading a good book.
A real deal breaker would be to meet someone who shared similar passions , but even better should they ride or own horses!.
