Likeable, friendly, that is the impression I get from my friends. Highly respected that is the impression I gathered from colleagues. Think I have good sense of humour and tend to see the funny side of things.
I like people; and women in particular, not in a pejorative way as I respect them.
I don't like bombastic and pretentious persons neither do I like fanatics of any ilk although I think red lines can be essential. I think truth is the basis of good understanding..

Having had a large varied and interesting life life I can participate to many topics of conversation.
I like music, in particular classical although I have no formal education in music. What I listen to gives me pleasure. Like choral music and popular classics. Like pictures of all sorts and tend to surround myself with paintings and reproductions. Like photography too. In fact I like and am interested in art in all it's forms.
I am interested in science, history, language, education, mathematics and indeed in all intellectual pursuits. I keep abreast with current affairs too.
I am nevertheless a practical person and can put my hand to many things including house work and cooking.
I like reading and can get immersed in it.
Liked house renovation but have my limitations now.
