I'm easy going and looking to find a soul mate to share my life.
My friends would describe me as friendly, funny, loyal, sometimes impulsive, kind, reliable, sympathetic, creative, talkative. Wicked sense of humour, positive, strong in adversity.
I love going out - especially Sunday lunch. Equally happy to stay in and cook a roast and enjoy a good bottle of wine - sharing that is. I have travelled the world with my job and am still open to finding new challenges and places to explore. It may not be PC but I still love a man to hold a door open for me, buy me flowers, tell me I look gorgeous. I am equally comfortable telling a man I think they look gorgeous and treating them to dinner.
When I retired I decided, as I love art, to do an Art Diploma which I enjoyed immensely. I hadn't realised that I knew very little about art so it opened up a whole new world.
My outlook on life is, sometimes life can be unkind and people we love are taken from us too soon, but there has to be a rainbow around the corner and the sun will come out again.

So who is this knight in shining armour that is going to come and sweep me off my feet?
I am looking for a kind, generous soul who is young at heart. Non-judgemental, family orientated and someone who hopefully will make my toes curl. A great sense of humour is a must, someone who can look at the funny side of life and not take things too seriously. if you can make me laugh we are half way there.
I am independent but would love to find someone who wants to share things with me- I guess that is what we are all looking for isn't it? to travel, cook together (not a deal breaker if you can only boil an egg) theatre, restaurants. Quite like men who are handy about the house!
A deal breaker would be someone who is not trustworthy. I am not looking for someone who is playing the field. Meanness is also a deal breaker.
