About her
I’ve spent most of my life raising the profile of other causes, places and people … so this bit doesn’t come easy. In fact i could almost fall at this first hurdle.
I’ve had an interesting career as a Press Officer and Head of Marketing but now semi retired and helping run the family business.
On a day to day level I like to keep it simple - happy enough in my own company. Then there are the things that are best done in like minded company. You know, things like going to the pub, going to see a performance, picnics in daft places …exploring new things… especially the English countryside, its towns and villages …and further afield hopefully.
My friends generally think of me as creative, peace loving and spirited. I have always loved cycling, (now thinking electric), the written word,
Art and music - I’m awe inspired by both classical and contemporary - and am currently learning the violin (sorry). I also love a Henry Westons and good bonfire after a day sorting the garden.

The company I imagine I would most enjoy is that of a someone who likes to see the funny side … with an observational sense of humour, probably from a professional background but who knows. You might be single, divorced or widowed (like me and picking up the pieces) and beginning to realise that the road doesn’t have to end there.
