At 85 years young, I've embraced life's challenges with a resilient spirit. While a leg injury may accompany me outdoors, it certainly doesn't define me at present I have to use a walking aid but due for an operation in late August / September depending on that I might still have to use a stick but we will see. I maintain a reasonable level of fitness, embodying qualities of genuineness, cheerfulness, loyalty, humour, and honesty. As a widower, I cherish memories but look forward to creating new ones.
Behind the wheel of my trusted Mazda CX5, I embark on short UK breaks, revelling in coastal summers and rustic winter retreats. Living in a nice apartment in a small North Yorkshire market town, I savour the tranquillity of my surroundings surrounded by the countryside. I am also involved with volumetry work as both a trustee of a charity and a Hospital Governor.
