I am a young at heart gentleman, hoping to find that elusive soulmate and travel companion, and to form a long lasting relationship.
I am quite a practical guy, who can put my hand to just about any task that needs doing around the house, and following 40 years in the construction industry in a local government professional capacity, gives me the knowledge to complete those various tasks.
Following the passing of my beautiful wife 3 years ago, I miss the company of a lovely woman to go places with, and just being there for everyday life, and it would be perfect to find that companion who has similar interests to myself, as well as her own interests and friends.

My ideal match would be a lady who takes care of herself, dresses smartly, and has a good sense of humour, also I wouldn’t mind if she was slightly barmy, like my late wife.
She should have hobbies and interests of her own, and maybe showed some interest in mine, and if she was a great cook, that would be brilliant.
I love the great outdoors, and hopefully she would too, to travel to places in the Uk and abroad.
