Because I have a lot to offer in a friendship and companionship. I have been widowed now 10 years, and still miss him. I am fortunate to still be able to live in the same house with a lovely garden, since 1987! I drive, and so able to visit parks, local garden centres, and friends. Horsham has a local theatre/ cinema too. I have a blue badge, helpful as I’m unable to walk far distances. My interests are reading, crosswords, jigsaws, knitting, being outside when the weather permits. Family very important, have one son one daughter and their families living locally. 2 more in Australia! 12 grandchildren in all !! Come and meet me.

My ideal match, a gentle man who has learned to cope with widowhood, but likes to talk about his wife, but wishing to make a new friendship now. Someone to share companionship with and some shared interests, especially enjoying the countryside, and snacks/meals out. Someone who is also happy to have time with the tv, or sitting reading a book, or just sitting! A deal breaker, finding someone local ,that would be great! And who drives his own car!
