About her
To the gentlemen Matches who’ve asked me to be more specific about my area for relocation, I’m now
looking in Northants.
Alone yet not lonely, I long for the warmth of a close relationship, with Friendship as its base.
I’m independent, spontaneous, optimistic.
My ‘retirement’ includes volunteering, visiting my children & adult grandchildren around the UK,
reading, attending plays & concerts, going to the gym, walking in nature, playing chess, cooking (43 years vegetarian; not a purist), quality in-person conversations - agreeing to disagree(!), swimming,
& not least, Being, as in taking the time to smell the roses…
Having travelled extensively, now my transport of choice is the faithful train, the lovely rivers, ocean
cruises (outside Hurricane Seaon!!).
