About him
Friends would describe me as being honest , loyal, loving and trustworthy with a fairly upbeat and laid back approach to life. Well what do I like doing , I enjoy a mooch around a car boot sale and charity shops as one never knows what can be found and by buying something it benefits the charity. I enjoy the cinema and like to support local theatres to watch the bands that we grew up with or the good tribute bands that play my type of music which is the music of the 60's through to the present including Fleetwood Mac, ELO, Genesis and of course Phil Collins and not forgetting The Moody Blues to name a few but I am not into Heavy Metal or Hard Rock or any music that causes my ears to still be ringing the day after.
I like all animals and have had dogs and cats in the past but the only pets that I have now are the fish in my garden pond but their conversational skills are seriously lacking. If you have a horse then it will get a pat from me together with a Polo similarly your dog or cat will get a stroke and a suitable treat, however if you have any exotic pets such as snakes lizards or spiders then we would not be a good match.
Holidays in recent years have been cruises but in the past holidays have been to USA, South Africa Cyprus , Spain and most popular European countries. In the past I have owned and ridden motorcycles and one of my motorcycling highlights was a two day ride to Berlin which then was in the GDR and this included riding through the famed Checkpoint Charlie, the following year the Berlin Wall came down.
