Hi there! I am a writer - am a writer - used to write for kid’s animation.....and loved it! I'm always up for a discussion on anything and everything (bar football)...
I love to laugh - lots as the world is a crazy, right now. I am retired and love travelling as much as I can so a travel buddy/partner would be wonderful. I am funny and often make my friends and family laugh. Laughter makes the world spin a little easier but I know how to get serious, if needed. Balance is everything to me as a Buddhist - I beleive in the middle way, am really inclusive of a diversity of people and their ideas and would welcome a man from a different culture into my life for a little flavour in the mix!
I live on water, swim regularly, practice yoga....walk and cylcle as much as possible, just not super long distances...I was a writer for Childrens Television so always interested in TV developments and cinema...world and hollywood. I would like to write more plays for theatre as I mature as I’ve always loved drama and the possibilites theatre lends the medium of screenplay writing..... there’s so much to write about and nothing is as satisfying.... except for playing piano... I actually have lessons at the Royal Albert Hall, right now and am loving it!
I have 2 lovely sons - one’s just moved to N Thailand :( and I just popped over to visit him and loved every minute and the other’s in Brighton and I try to see him regularly as well as my elderly folks, when I can.
I have a passion for life... and am lucky enough to have retired early so I can relax into my witing and fitness - as well as my bees and small organic planting...
I live on a large houseboat, which keeps me very busy.....there’s never a dull moment and a big fan of water and boats would be a big plus.

Ideally, I’d love to meet a first mate to enjoy the delights of the river! He should be funny as hell but not awkward about showing his emotions, if need be. Communication is everything in a relationship so an open man willing to talk things thorugh and work together to make the next episode of life a really happy one! It would be great to meet another creative but not essential...a Buddhist would be lovely as somone with compassion and a love of nature would suit me really well. A kind man who I can love and look after as I am a Cancerian and that’s what we do best! A fit man, who is into healthy eating, loves to travel and is either retired or freelance so has some extra free time in this crazy busy earth we’ve created. Who likes the outdoors, eating out, cinema, chilling at home and watching the river run by!
