Not looking for someone to fill a hole in my life but rather to share life's fun bits, broadening my horizons further, laughing a lot, enjoying everything that life has to offer. I'm fit, active, intelligent and still eager to learn... I'm even getting better at cooking, but far from expert - yet! I love good food and wine, traditional pubs, wildlife and the countryside and anything to do with live music; I'm trying to play the guitar but will never be a performer (silk purses and sows' ears come to mind). I am a confident introvert, so I'm happy in my own company, but I enjoy the company of others too. Unfortunately I find men's conversations about football etc incomprehensible and I would far prefer to chat to and get to know a bright, curious, hedonistic female friend than a dozen footie-mad blokes.
