Born in Cardiff and grew up there. Left to go to university (degree in Chemistry) and then a career in, what can loosely be called, IT (no I cannot fix your PC;).
Interested in: sport, especially cricket (just watching these days); walking and the great outdoors; industrial and scientific heritage; architecture; current affairs and world issues (I do not belong to a political party)
Like to visit museums, galleries, attractions etc and go to concerts and theatre.
Music - classical, jazz, rock (child of the 70s?) and much more.
Pretty well domesticated now. Experienced DIYer - successes outweigh the failures!
Like to travel and experience new places. I own a motorhome (called Ethel), cosy and comfortable for travel and a great base for exploring.
