About him
Gosh, it’s quite hard to fill in a profile, which seems like blowing your own trumpet, when you would rather be understated. I am a nature loving, wildlife supporting beekeeper who would like to find a companion to wander the world, looking for inspiration and sublime sunsets. My sense of humour was shown when I read a quarter page article in the Telegraph about how wonderfully a conservation trust was in resurrecting a ground nesting striped carder Bumble Bee. I have a video of the same species getting stuck inside my pick up truck. I am kind and caring for my wildlife, ranging from booming Bitterns to medicinal leeches in the water, because it is so clean and pollution free.
My sporting life started with rowing and rugby, morphing into being a shooting gent, until I learnt the error of my ways, private pilot, scuba diving instructor, and then I discovered beekeeping, having converted some of my friends to bird conservation.
