Having left a successful career in the Corporate world, I now work part time running a small business and have time to pursue what I really enjoy.
If I'm not teaching Pilates, you'll often find me in the gym at my local Health Club. Health and fitness is important to me.
From a safari in South Africa and the magnificent Victoria Falls to a long weekend in the big Apple - I love to explore and enjoy adventures as well as occasionally chilling on a beautiful beach. Enjoy weekends away and would love to explore more of Europe.
Appreciate the arts. Music is a passion for me and I enjoy a range of genres from Handel's beautiful Passacaglia to Queen's We Will Rock You .....
