I’m going to write a poem, to describe why people should get to know me...it’s easier..
I’m interested in you,
Let’s walk or have a brew.
I’m gentle and curious,
Love life’s beauty, for all of us.
I like to talk,
To cuddle & walk.
I’m interested in you,
Sometimes shy,
You never knew.
For fun I like flowers,
Can garden for hours.
I write how I feel,
Poetry can be real.
My friends say I’m funny,
Kind, generous & gentle.
Some opinions are strong,
But know when I’m wrong.
I look at life as curious,
Some days flat,
Some days glorious.
Outlook is kindness,
Putting the past behind us.
Food I enjoy,
Sharing it...oh boy.
Travelling I love,
On train, sea or above.
My family are important,
Friends I adore.
Sometimes I can’t be bothered,
But never a bore.
I’m honest to a fault,
Will be sorry with ease.

About her ideal match
The qualities I’m looking for are to spend time with someone who wants to make me feel safe but not stifled, he wants to know me but isn’t too intrusive, he is gentle but strong, is willing to take the lead but wants my opinion too, he wants to go walking in nature, or chilling in the pub, or cooking for friends, isn’t overly ambitious but is a doer when needed, is kind, caring in others but isn’t a pushover, is faithful and believes in some traditional values. The relationship would work for me if he is a good communicator of his own wants and needs and is willing to talk and compromise, a good sense of humour is a must, is serious but funny. A deal breaker for me would be a man who is controlling, who swears a lot, moans a lot, and doesn’t care to change his point of view or his mind. Oh and I love a well dressed man, he will love to wear a quirky suit and be equally at ease in jeans and tea shirt.
