I am an attractive, warm, lady, who is happy, friendly and confident. I have a good sense of humour, I can also quite easily laugh at myself or with others.
I will have a go at most things! I have varied interests in my life, golf, (need help!) Love walking in the countryside with my 2 dogs, appreciating beautiful scenery, I enjoy reading, all cultural activities, the arts, history, (have joined Nadfas) theatre, music, beginner at bridge, but have not played for two years. like watching various sports. I also used to go National Hunt race meetings with my husband, who had a love of horses, as this was his sport.
I also love travelling and get excited at the thought of going to interesting places. My favourite choices... touring / rain forests / cities / culture/ sunshine beach swimming weekends away...anywhere or anything that is helping me to know more about places...history, nature, lives and people watching! I enjoy taking photographs.
I am told I am a good cook, but also love other people cooking for me when possible!
I enjoy entertaining, going out socialising with friends or to functions, or just staying in and appreciating one's surroundings and having a cosy meal and maybe a glass of wine.
However, it is so much nicer doing these things with that "one gentleman" at your side!
One gets on with life, but it is not the same as sharing with that chosen person around. I'm sure you would agree!
I enjoy my home and my life, but would really like to meet someone special to share interests, to travel to places near and far and basically enjoy sharing one's life. We only have one!
