About her
My friends would describe me as independent and young at heart. Family and friends are very important to me. I love to spend time with my two grandchildren and I adore them but I do miss that special person to share the highs and lows that life brings. I am looking for someone to share the next chapter in life with and to create special memories for the future.
I like to keep active, I enjoy a walk in the country or by the coast and exploring new places of interest but am equally as happy having a coffee, or a drink and a chat in a nice coffee shop or country pub. These things are much more enjoyable as a couple rather than doing them alone.
I enjoy live theatre, musicals and concerts. I love cooking and baking and like entertaining for friends and family whether it be for coffee, lunch or dinner.
I like to travel at home and abroad and spend a few months of the year in Spain and would like to explore more of that country I do enjoy the relaxed lifestyle in Spain. I also like days out visit the coast and countryside at home I particularly like Scotland. I also try as well to visit a new place abroad each year. Although I like to be out and about I'm equally happy relaxing with a book and listening to music.
I think retirement is amazing, with time to do things and meet people as and when I want to, for coffee, lunch or a meal but I' am quite content and happy with a night in watching a DVD with a nice glass of red wine or a G&T.
