About her
I am a bright, young, fun sixty five year old who is now free to live, love, explore and generally grow old disgracefully. It would be lovely to have someone to do that with. Passionate about our mother earth, nature, conservation and generally digging in the dirt. I cultivate beautiful gardens wherever I am and need both Beauty and Peace in my life. I smile in flowers. Walking, exploring the seashore, being out of doors is what I love.One day I wish to find myself exploring a tropical island or back in Africa where I grew up. I am not materialistic, enjoy living frugally without too many possessions to tie me down. Do love quality and craftsmanship and beautiful things. Good champagne once in a while is very worthwhile. I read, think, meditate, walk barefoot when I can, dance outdoors, gaze at the stars. I believe in counting my blessings and the saying "Get up, dress up and show up" is me. I am a warm, compassionate, empathetic woman, well boundaried, not needy but strong and capable. I love messing around in the kitchen or better still preparing food outdoors. I would love a strong, intelligent and caring man to spend time with. Someone who is happily getting on with their life, is not needy or over demanding - I need my space - who thinks, reads, can hold an interesting conversation. Looks are important to me but it is the heart and soul that is more so. A man who is happy to take off exploring, have an adventure, and discover other ways of being. A love of the outdoors is a must. Generosity of spirit, a good sense of humour and is generally fun to be with but a serious, spiritual side too. Deal breakers for me are addictions, poor personal hygiene and laziness. Could we hire a horse drawn caravan and go and explore Ireland, look into Voluntary work abroad, teach me how to sail, fish.
