About her
Sounds trite to say I am a happy person, but I think it is true. and I like to make other people happy too. I live in a sunny village with lots of lovely places to visit and I think of fun things to do for my friends.
Music is my great love, singing, all kinds, and dancing, and going to the opera, concerts, theatre, cinema ...
Swimming in summer, hiking most of the year, and travelling mostly around Europe. I love Italy - used to live there, and S Germany, where I have good friends and visit the US regularly to see my daughter there.
But my home is a real home where you can relax and enjoy evenings in and pottering. Life has so much to offer: I'd like to meet a man who feels the same.

I'd like to meet an intelligent, charming man with a lot of interests and a great sense of fun. - Who wouldn't ? I don't want to be in his pocket all the time, nor he in mine, but it would be lovely to share friends and outings, travel together, explore and then come home and sit by the fire and reminisce;
I hope he'd like to cook and garden with me, and fix my computer sometimes and hold my hand when I need him, and I would do the same for him. I hope he would be affectionate, as I am, tactile, and want to hug me often; everyone needs at least a hug a day.
