About her
Well, hello there. Apparently I have 58 seconds to make a connection with you. (You get more - a woman spends an average of 84 seconds evaluating a man's profile.)
So what would you like to know? You probably already suspect that I like to know about things. And you would be right. I read and study voraciously - especially modern history and psychology. And I like to sing. Fortunately other people like to listen (some even pay me).
If you had to find me in a city, you would do well to look in the art gallery or an arthouse cinema. But, then again, I might be out stomping around the wilds of Derbyshire or Devon (maybe the magical Wistman's Wood). Or sitting in the cool of a tiny rural church studying a Pevsner. Of an evening , you would do better to look for me at local meetings - Skeptics in the Pub, United Nations, Justice for Palestinians. Or perhaps I am just chilling with friends in a coffee shop. Oh it turns out that all the while I was at home practising mindful meditation. (That's a bit of wishful thinking. I must do that more - the meditation, not the wishful thinking.)
Pretty much whatever I do (except, apparently, the mindful meditation), I throw myself into it with passion and joie de vivre. With a personality like that, not surprisingly my life turns out to be full of adventures. If you are a good person with a passion for life and learning, why not join me for some?
My photos were taken in November. The beautiful one was taken at a photo shoot - this was the only good one out of 300! The more natural one was snapped on the same day by a friend. But the photoshoot make-up artist had straightened my hair - it almost looks normal. Whereas really it is a tumble of curls.
