About her
So I'm actually writing this on behalf of my mum, Annie, who can be a bit scatty with technology, and far too modest to do herself justice... So I'm giving it a go for her, until she finds her feet with internet dating!
Although I'm biased, Annie truly is a one off. I often call her a little 'earth angel', because she has a natural way of making people feel comfortable and at ease. She loves her 3 kids (32, 29 and 23) and her two labs Molly and Charlie, fiercely, and has lots of brilliant friends whom she has little adventures with... This year she's been on mini breaks to France, Spain, Monaco and Ireland already!
She teaches french to little kids part time, as well as working as a school liason officer for a local charity that supports the families of terminally ill children. She has a cheeky, young at heart sense of humour and gets told off by my brother for getting the giggles in inappropriate places! She loves a social drink (sambuka on ice after a meal, and a few proseccos), but can also happily have a good time without drinking. She embraces life with an open heart, loves walking the dogs and chilling at home, pottering around, but also loves girly lunches, live music, especially outdoors, watching my brother play cricket on a sunny afternoon, theatre, comedy, cinema, coffee and a chat with good friends, and keeps an open mind spiritually, although she's not religious... Kindness is her philosophy I guess, and anyone that knows her would agree. She's very laid back, aware of other peoples needs and generally just makes you feel good... The only reason she's single I think is because she's actually pretty happy with her life! Still, who knows what the right person could add to the mix!
