I am of a happy gregarious disposition and enjoy most things in life.
I am still very active, I go to the gym, ride horses, love to ski, walk my dogs and enjoy being outdoors. However, I can force myself to the theatre, cinema or out for a meal with good company.
Recently I holidayed in South America and loved it!
I struggle to relax and this is something I really need to learn to do.
