Hello! I have been a widow for over 9 years after 41 years of marriage and now feeling I ought to move on and "live" the rest of my life.
I still enjoy travelling and visiting interesting places but would enjoy more with someone to share the experience with. Travelling is great but so is coming home again. I use to do a lot of folk dancing , locally, nationally and abroad but I have to accept that those days are over -- the chance of finding a new partner are very slim ( if interested please note I am 5.7 tall!!)
It took a lot of "soul- searching" before I took the "plunge" to enrol on the site - not very good at writing about myself - too much like having an interview at the start of my career!
